My go to store for all my hardware needs. They carry items that the bigger stores don't. They're completely Canadian with the flag ship store in St. Jacobs. If what you're looking for and they carry is not in stock they'll order it. If they don't have what you're looking for chances are Home Depot, Rona or lowes will not have heard of it and you'll have to go to a specialty store. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable.

Incredibly helpful staff. I think I was helped by a manager because all of the other floor staff were busy helping other customers. He was on the phone talking business when he noticed me wandering aimlessly and confused through the aisles. I was surprised when he muted his call to come to my aid when he realized all the floor staff were busy, and he still took the time to walk me through the products I needed.

Excellent service with experience and dedicated knowledge. I got everything I needed. Prices were either the same or cheaper than those of competitors on cross-comparison. They are well-stocked with cleaning supplies and carry environmentally friendly, natural solutions. I like walking into the store because of the oak smell that reminds me of the cottage. I get a friendly good luck with the renos/projects when I leave the store.

Always a great experience at this Home Hardware. They almost always have what I need, and the staff are helpful. I love that it’s a smaller store. It feels manageable, not overwhelming like some of the big box stores. I went in today looking for three items, was offered help right away, shown directly to each thing, and was out the door in five minutes. A true neighbourhood gem!
